How can you create a personal plan to develop positive habits around social behaviors, mental health and physical health?
We can first try to identify the problems we face, and how we experience and define joy. After that, we will be able to successfully make plans around social behaviors & physical/mental health.
How can you share with your classmates something that has brought you joy?
I could either personally tell them my plan, or, we could make a google doc explaining what our plans are.
